As a Level-1 Trauma Center with 33 operating rooms, your day-to-day will never be the same. You’ll work with a high quality team in recently renovated surgery suites.

This includes units such as Orthopedics, Cardiac, ENT and more. Additionally, you can apply for Educational Assistance if you decide to further your knowledge of the medical field.
Your role on our Surgery Team is essential. From preparing the operating room, to keeping track of the instruments at all times, to properly identifying medications, your attention to detail allows your teammates to perform their best.

1. High-school graduate diploma. 2. Successfully completed OR-Technician training program, previous experience as an OR Technician, or recent graduate of an OR Technician program. 3. A class in Anatomy and Physiology preferred. 4. Attends JCAHO, OSHA, and hospital/nurse manager-specified mandatory in-services. 5. Obtains four contact hours in area of interest.
