This position is responsible for aiding the professional nurse or physician in providing patient care to those patients requiring surgical procedures during the operative and immediate post-operative surgery. This position has the ability to demonstrate knowledge and competence specific to age of patient.
*Full-time, Days, Monday-Friday; 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 32 hours/week, 64 hours bi-weekly, On Call every 4th Weekend and On Call every 4th Holiday.
Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited program for Surgical Technologists. Prefer someone with post-secondary coursework in Central Service skills. One year experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred. Current BLS certification is required as well as basic computer competency skills are expected for this position.
