Surgical Technologists – Cardiac Surgery and Main OR

Start date January 2020 in preparation of the opening of our Cardiac Surgery Program
We’re looking for Surgical Technologists with at least 3 years of recent cardiac surgery experience.
As a nationally recognized leader in heart care, our specialists perform thousands of procedures every year and will now be adding cardiac surgery to our service line. Working with us means helping to set the benchmark for quality and safety by:
Providing patient care and functions as a resource person while demonstrating basic patient care concepts, surgical asepsis and basic surgical case preparation
Collaborate with unit Director and Manager on staffing shortages or needs
Participate in scheduling committee meetings and implement any new scheduling initiatives voted on by staff or the scheduling committee
