We are searching for a Surgical Technologist to perform various duties including but not limited to: provide assistance to surgical team during the intra-operative phase, provide aseptic, safe, appropriately equipped and functional surgical environment. Responsible for OR preparation, instrument supply and assembly, maintenance of sterile fields, hands off instruments and initiation of counts throughout procedures. Perform Surgical Technologist duties including on-call duties as need or required.

Hours: 40 hours(weekend and holiday call rotation)
Shift: Day Shift Typical Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm (start times may vary between 7am and 10am)
Hours: 24 flex 40hrs (weekend and holiday call rotation)
Shift: Day Shift 9a-5:30 (flex shift)
Per Diem (Weekend and holiday call rotation)
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Equal to completion of 4 years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training is required.
Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology Program is required.
Certified Surgical Technologist credential administered by a nationally recognized surgical technologist certifying body accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and recognized by the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Surgical Technologist within 12 months of graduation from program or within 6 months of hire if greater than 12 months from graduation.
Certification in Basic Life Support is required.
2 years Operating Room experience preferred.
Must live within 30 minute radius of hospital due to call requirement.
