The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Winter Garden
• AdventHealth Winter Garden has delivered care to the West Orange County since 2015 and will be expanding to add a 3-floor, 80-bed inpatient tower opening summer 2022, becoming a full-service hospital to serve the community of Winter Garden.
• The AdventHealth Winter Garden tower expansion will include new ancillary and clinical spaces such as an expanded Surgery department, Inpatient Rehab, Inpatient Dialysis, Laboratory, and Imaging services.

The role you’ll contribute:
Assists surgeons by preparing operating rooms and appropriately arranging surgical equipment and supplies.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Ensures operating room is sterile
- Conducts field preparation and maintenance
- Conducts instrument counts prior to surgical procedures
- Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients
- Provides patients with supportive care during pre-operative phases
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Associate'sdegree or Technical certificate/diploma in a related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- If LPN, must have current, valid State license as a Licensed Professional Nurse
Preferred qualifications:
- Two years of technical experience
