Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager , will actively assist in coordination of the day-day activities in the assigned Service Line. The Coordinator takes a leading role in in servicing and orienting new staff, performance improvement, scheduling and working with physicians for improved outcome, and precepts new employees. The Technical Coordinator ensures effective communication with the physicians, circulating nurses, surgical technicians, ancillary staff and patients to maintains an environment conducive to the patients well-being.

MANDATORY

• Good organizational skills.
• Acute care experience
• BLS Certfication from American Heart Association

PREFERRED

• Surgical Tech Certificate
• Minimum 5 years experience in Service Line assigned to
• Graduate from Accredited Surgical Tech Program
• Completion of medical terminology class or knowledge of medical terms.
• Computer Knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED
