Position Summary

We care for surgical patients in all specialties, including General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Transplant, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, GYN, and Urology. We are a Level I Trauma program.

Full time position, weekend day Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30a-7p with incentive of an ADDITIONAL $7/hr!! No Call! NO new grads, two years’ experience preferred.

This position performs a variety of technical functions and duties to provide for availability of supplies and equipment and maintains sterile field for operating procedures.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
• Completion of a Surgical Technician program or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience. (Required)

Experience

• One year Surgical Technician experience in a surgery setting. (Preferred)

Certifications

• Current BLS certification. (Required)

Special Skills

• Experience with pediatric patient populations. (Preferred)
