SURGICAL TECHNICIANS

Natividad may offer up to a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus to experienced candidates hired into a permanent full-time position.

Natividad is currently looking to fill Surgical Technician needs in the Surgical Services Department.  Under general supervision, the Surgical Technician assists Surgeons and Nurses in specialized patient care and treatment in the operating room, and other related work as required.

Minimum qualifications include experience as a Surgical Technician in an operating room of an acute care hospital and knowledge of aseptic techniques/methods, basic anatomy and physiology, medical terminology and hospital routine, and surgical instruments and equipment and their proper maintenance. Certification as a Surgical Technician is highly desirable.
