The full-time faculty Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the design and delivery of the Surgical Technology program curriculum to students enrolled in the Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology degree program.
The Clinical Coordinator will work with the Director of the Surgical Technology program to deliver a quality educational experience to students in the Surgical Technology program.
Reports to: Director of Surgical Technology Program
The Clinical Coordinator shall:
Fulfill obligations as a faculty member.
Coordinate clinical education through administration
Required Qualifications & Education/Experience: The Clinical Coordinator must:
Be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
Possess a credential in the field of surgical technology (or receive within 6 months of hire) through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
Have a minimum of three years of documented experience
