Job DescriptionAssists in the preparation of the operating room to receive the surgical patient. Ensure appropriate instrumentation is present. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon before and during the surgical procedure. Supports System and Nursing Strategic Plans, Relationship-Based Care, and Shared Leadership.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:1.
