Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Surgical Technician for the Operating Room at Morristown Medical Center, to work 7am - 3pm. Rotating call and weekends required.Responsibilities Essential Functions:Scrubbing and preparing for surgical cases in a fast paced, multi-specialty surgery department.Adheres to AORN standards, applies principles of aseptic technique assuring optimal patient outcomes.Multi-specialty knowledge base of surgical procedures, safe and quick turnovers utilizing a team approach and strong communication skills.Qualifications Qualifications:Minimum Education:High School Diploma or GED requiredGraduate of accredited school of surgical technology required
