Function/Duties of Position$10,000 hiring bonus Surgical Tech's (ST) provide intra-operative technical assistance to physicians and RN's caring for pediatric patients experiencing a surgical intervention/other invasive procedure. The role requires completion of annual clinical competencies, attending staff meetings and educational events during the day, and actively participating in all quality improvement opportunities assigned.
